Fiona Wynne is a native of Galway. She is a solicitor.
She graduated from NUIG with a BA and LLB. She also holds diplomas in Trust and Estate Planning and Commercial Conveyancing from The Law Society of Ireland. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practioners. She is a fully accredited Mediator.
She also holds a Diploma in Systems Analysis from NUIG.
Fiona has over 20 years experience in general practice as a solicitor specialising in Property, both residential and commercial, property financing (private client and institutions), CPOs, licensing law, wills and trusts, related taxes and trust and estate planning. She has negotiated on behalf of clients many times in many different areas, for example: personal injuries, medical negligence, and property disputes.
Fiona is a good listener, crucial in any Mediation situation, with clarity of thinking that gets to the heart of the issue. She is very attentive to detail, highly responsive and communicates very effectively. She is fair, non-judging and evenhanded and listens to both sides equally providing a truly neutral and just approach to resolving disputes through mediation.
She lives in Athlone and her interests include music,drama and travel.
